Kevin McSpedon

Founder & Principal Operations Partner
Kevin founded his first construction company in 2014 with a simple goal: build more than structures—build a life. For years he lived the familiar contractor grind: long days, carrying every responsibility, and hiring struggles that drained cash flow. After closing the largest job of his career, Kevin realized he needed help but didn’t have payroll to match the need. He discovered a different path when he brought on his first virtual assistant. Kevin trained that VA to handle a few high-impact tasks—crew scheduling and inspections, client communication and follow-ups, and invoice and permit tracking. Within a month the VA was saving Kevin roughly three hours a day and performing those tasks better than he had. Freed to focus on the handful of decisions only he could make, Kevin added more VAs and rebuilt his operations around a lean, efficient virtual team. Today his business runs 99% without him; Kevin spends about 10 hours a week reviewing sales reports and checking project progress. He scaled the company toward eight figures while keeping overhead low and reclaiming time for family and strategy. Frustrated by the industry’s poor reputation, Kevin launched LVL Support to change the narrative—helping contractors operate cost-effectively, win trust in their communities, and get their time back. If one contractor can grow to eight figures with the right virtual team, Kevin believes any owner can do the same.

Paul is a seasoned operations and project management professional with over 20 years of experience delivering high-quality results in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and a career spent managing multi-million dollar budgets and crews of up to 400+ people, Paul brings an "executive-level" precision to the world of virtual assistance. Throughout his career Paul has mastered the art of resource allocation, strategic planning, and cost-benefit analysis. He isn't just a task-taker; he is a problem-solver who specializes in taking complex project scopes and turning them into organized, actionable roadmaps. His deep technical proficiency in construction software ensures that his clients' digital infrastructure is as robust as their business goals. As a co-founder of LVL Support Paul leverages his "big-picture" engineering mindset to help entrepreneurs and executives reclaim their time. Whether it is managing schedules, tracking budgets, or resolving operational conflicts, Paul provides the high-level oversight and organized execution necessary for business growth.

Ralph Tonopo

Chief Of Staff
Ralph is Chief of Staff at LVL Support and the engine behind every successful VA placement. Once a client signs on, Ralph reviews 100+ resumes, shortlists the top five candidates, and conducts intensive interviews and skills tests to ensure the best fit. Candidates who pass his vetting enter LVL’s 48-hour virtual boot camp, where Ralph oversees training so each VA understands the client’s business, tools, and expectations. Beyond onboarding, Ralph is the go-to resource for VAs—stepping in to advise, troubleshoot, and coach as tasks evolve. His meticulous selection process and hands-on mentorship ensure clients receive high-performing, reliable virtual team members who integrate quickly and deliver consistent results.
